"Nick you are the craziest, stupidest, most amazing guy in the world you know that don't ya." Michelle gushed as she walked backstage.
"I know" Nick smiled as he embraced Michelle, "I'm sorry for, you know, what I did, but I had to."
"Had to? What do you mean?" Michelle asked.
"You were going to give up everything for me and I jus' couldnt let you do it, so I asked Sarah my dancer to do me a favor, I wasnt really cheating on you, I would never cheat on you."
"Oh Nick, you could have said."
"I did! Several times, but you jus' wouldn't listen." Nick said.
"It doesnt matter anymore all I care about is you." Michelle reached up and kissed Nick passionately making up for all those lost months.
"Oi, you two get a room!" Samantha joked.
Michelle smiled and moved in closer to Nick. A few photographers appeared and asked for some pictures.
"Well we can't exactly deny it can we?" Nick laughed
Nick and Michelle stood arm in arm as the photographers snapped away, Michelle knew it would make the front page the next day. "'Backstreet Boys' hottie serenades man hating rock chick at the Grammys" Michelle chuckled as she imagined the headlines.
"What's so funny?" Nick asked when the photographers had gone.
"Oh nothin'" Michelle smiled as she gazed into his eyes.
"Ooh deja vu" Nick said "I seem to recall a certain rendezvous we had backstage at a different award show."
"Hmmmmm I don't remember that." Michelle joked.
The guys were called into make-up as they had their proper performance to do. Michelle couldnt keep the grin from her face as she watched them. She had the perfect career, perfect management and best of all the perfect man. Never again was she going to sabotage her happiness for all the wrong reasons.
