"MICHELLE ARE YOU INSANE!?" Amy shouted, they were in Michelles dressing room. Michelle was staring out of the window, she didnt answer.
"Do you know how much you are risking?" Amy scolded, Michelle turned to face her, tears spilling from the corners of her eyes
"I know how much" she whispered
"Then why are you.......? I mean youre risking everything youve ever dreamed of on a silly fling with a superstar."
"ITS NOT A 'SILLY FLING'!!!" Michelle shouted angrily.
"Then what is it Michelle? Love??" Amy snorted
"YES"
"Michelle love is a very powerful..." Amy started
"STOP TREATING ME LIKE A CHILD! I know what love is, Im 21, Im perfectly capable of falling in love!"
"Youve known him three weeks, you cant know that you love him in three weeks"
Michelle hung her head
"You mean this has been going on longer? How long Michelle?"
"Three months" Michelle whispered, "I met him at the VMA's" Michelle could see the anger in Amys eyes.
"Why did you get involved, you knew perfectly well it was forbidden"
"I didnt mean to, I tried to resist I really did, but it just happened. Amy Ive never felt this way about anyone before."
Amy didnt reply she was staring at a spot on the carpet as if she was deep in thought.
"Amy.......................are you going to tell John?" Michelle asked cautiously
"I dont know" she said softly, "Do you have any idea what kind of position you have put me in?"
"I'm sorry"
"Im seriously considering telling him you know, you broke the rules Michelle, John has put a lot on the line to help you." Amy said
"NO! Dont, you cant, please Amy"
Amy sighed and nodded her head
"OK, but only on one condition"
"What, Ill do anything" Michelle said desperately
"You end this thing with Nick"
"WHAT?!"
"You heard me Michelle either you end this or you lose everything." Amy said sternly.
Overcome with anger Michelle lashed out at Amy.
"JUST BECAUSE YOURE LONELY DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO MAKE EVERYONE ELSE MISERABLE!!!" Michelle screamed heatedly, tears streaming down her angry face, "Fine tell John I dont care, he can dump me, Ill just find someone else to manage me."
"If John finds out you broke his contract SWEETIE hell sue you, can you pay for it? NO!!!!!! Youve made nowhere near the amount hell demand from you. Who will have to pay? Your parents, and trust me itll take a few loans to pay it off. John is a resentful and very powerful man, Michelle not only will he sue you hell make sure you NEVER work in showbiz again. All that just because you cant keep your legs shut!"
"YOU BITCH!!!" Michelle yelled, she turned on her heal and ran out of the room, sobbing her broken heart out.

Nick had just finished signing his last autograph, he felt such a buzz from meeting the fans, the fact he was bringing them so much joy made him feel all warm inside. In fact Nick was very happy indeed, he had millions of adoring fans, he was doing a job he loved with four of his best friends and he was in love with the most beautiful, talented and smart girl in the world. His life just couldnt get any better. He walked towards his dressing room humming softly to himself as he turned the corner Michelle came flying straight into him.
"Ooh deja-vu, havent we done this before." Nick asked laughing.
"Uh-huh" Michelle squeaked quietly.
"Hey whats the matter?" Nick said seeing Michelles tearstained cheeks.
"Nothing"
"Nothing? Then why are you crying? Tell me whats up." Nick demanded softly.
"Not here, Nick"
Nick pulled Michelle to her feet and led her to his dressing room. As soon as he closed the door Michelle collapsed into tears and poured out the whole story.
"Oh God, Michelle this is terrible" Nick said his voice trembling
"What are we going to do?"
"Well theres only one thing we can do" Nick muttered, he bit his lip to stop himself crying, "We're gonna have to end it."
"No Nick, please"
"Michelle, you cant give up everything for me. Youve worked too hard jus to let it slip away" Nick said unable to stop the tears from tumbling down his face.
"But I dont want this if it means I cant have you."
"If you give it up, I know you will resent me. Maybe not now or next month or even next year, but eventually you will and I dont want that, Michelle. I dont want you to live your life watching me on stage and wondering what if you had carried on."
"I wouldnt, Nick, I dont care I just want you, plea............"
Nick silenced Michelle with a kiss, he wiped the tears from her face and pulled her into a hug.
"Dont do this to me Nick." she sobbed "I love you."
"I love you too Michelle, thats why I cant let you throw away your career, I know you will go on to do great things and Im not going to let you chuck it away because of my selfishness."
He kissed her lightly on the head then with one final goodbye he left the room, his heart shattered into a million pieces.
