Howie put down the receiver onto the phone hook and turned to the guys.
"Weve got some chick joining us on tour in a few weeks, shell be supporting us until the end of November." he said
"Well does this chick have a name?" Kevin asked
"Michelle someone"
"Michelle Leddon?" Nick asked hopefully
"Yeah, that was it, shes supposed to be really good"
"Oh I know her", AJ said "She did that really cool acoustic set at the VMAs"
"Is she pretty?" Howie asked
"Does it matter?" Brian replied
"No I was jus askin"
"Well shes like six years younger than you so dont get any ideas" Kevin said
"ME?! I wouldnt dare"
"Does age matter? Im five years younger than Leighann and look how we turned out." Brian said
"Totally puke inducing and gooey." AJ laughed.
"Shell probably be linked with Nick, they always are. It took them about two weeks to link him with Krystal." Kevin said
"What will the headline read this time?" AJ joked, "Backstreet Boys heart-throb seduces raunchy rock chick, or Backstreet blonde bombshell diddles the support act"
"Id say the latter" Kevin chuckled, "Itd probably be true too."
"No it wouldnt!!!!!! Why do you think it would? What have you heard?" Nick replied, flustered.
"Whoa, dude. It was just a joke, chill."
Nick flushed but smiled at the guys, of course they were only joking, how could they know? Anyway Michelle was coming on tour with him, how lucky was that? They could actually be together, without having to go to great lengths to do so.

Two weeks later
Nick entered the auditorium. The Backstreet Boys had, had a short break, a short break in which Nick and Michelle had spent a blissful amount of time together, and were now returning to continue the tour. Michelle was on stage doing a sound check, he grinned at the sight of her, she always looked so beautiful even when she was just wearing jogging pants and a T-shirt. Brian came up behind him
"She is really good, isnt she." he said
"Shes amazing." Nick replied
"We should go introduce ourselves, Kev, Howie and AJ have already."
Nick followed Brian onto the stage thinking of how he was going to make it seem as if they had never met. Brian walked up to Michelle and extended his hand
"Hi, Im Brian but everybody calls me B-Rok, I just came to say hello and wish you luck, youre gonna need it touring with us." he joked
"Thanks" Michelle said shaking his hand.
"Er...Im Nick" Nick said uncomfortably holding out his hand.
"Hi"
"Youll have to excuse Nick he gets very shy" Brian teased.
"Im not shy, in fact Ill show Michelle round if she hasnt already seen it that is." Nick said, winking discreetly at Michelle.
"No I havent, thanks Nick"
Nick led Michelle backstage. He showed her round, giving a commentary as they walked.
"On your right is the dancers dressing rooms, left is props. Ahead is catering and then our dressing rooms. This one here is mine." he said.
"Oh really, I think I need to see that one closely." she whispered.
Nick opened the door and they slipped in quickly. Michelle grabbed Nick and pushed him against the wall, pressing her lips passionately to his. Nick returned the kiss entwining his hands in her hair. Nick had missed the feel of her, the smell of her, the taste of her so much he couldnt control himself. He felt Michelle pulling at his trousers.
"We cant, not here" Nick said breathlessly, "What if someone comes in?"
"I dont care, push a chair against the door or something. I need you Nick."
Nick obediently pushed the chair against the door and took Michelle into his arms. If Kevin, John Latchford or even if his Mom had walked in at that moment he wouldnt care nothing was going to take him away from Michelle.
