"And make sure she's in the aisle seat? OK I can do that.... Ooh I gotta go see ya." Samantha quickly replaced the receiver on its hook.
"Who were you talking to?" Michelle asked suspiciously.
"Never you mind." Samantha bluffed "You look great!" She said changing the subject.
"Thanks" Michelle said checking herself in the mirror.
"So are you we going to the Grammy's or are we jus' going to stand here and admire ourselves?" Samantha said sarcastically.
Samantha wanted to get there early, as there was something very special planned for Michelle that night and Sam wanted to make sure everything went perfectly.

Michelle stepped out of the car onto the red carpet, greeted by popping flash bulbs. This is very familiar she thought, the last time I was at an award show, I met...STOP IT! She scolded herself forget him. She did the usual smiling and waving and stopped to answer a few questions before entering. She and Samantha found their seats and Michelle sat down.
"No, you sit in the aisle seat." Samantha ordered.
"Why?!"
"Because it's more comfortable and it will be easier to get out if you win something." Samantha blagged.
"I'm not nominated." Michelle said confused, "What's going on Sam?"
"Nothing, I jus' wanna sit on the inside that's all."
"Well why didn't you just say that then?" Michelle asked, Samantha was acting very strangely, but if sitting on the inside meant that much to her Michelle wasnt going to argue. Michelle stood up and switched places signing as she sat down.
The show began with the normal introductions a few awards were given out and a few acts performed, she was very impressed with Alicia Keys performance. But now all the boring awards were being given out and Michelle tuned out not really bothered who won 'Best French Album'. Michelle was just day dreaming of her warm bed at home when she heard her name being called.
"Sam?" Michelle whispered "did he just say my name?" A spotlight suddenly appeared on her seat.
"Yes, go up there."
"Why? I'm not nominated for anything."
"Jus' go!" Samantha demanded.
Confused and highly embarrassed, Michelle stood up and walked quickly to the stage. By the time she had reached the stage, the announcer had left and she standing was completely alone on the stage. Oh shit, what the hell is going on? She thought. Just then she heard the sound of Nicks beautiful voice singing, he appeared on stage with a rose in his hand and walked over her.

The audience exploded into applause, when the applause subsided Nick addressed the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen I have treated this girl badly, but I love her more than anything in the world and would do anything to have her back."
Nick looked at Michelle and said
"Will you have me?"
"Of course I will." Michelle flung her arms round Nicks neck and the audience once more exploded into applause, accompanied by whoops and wolf whistles.
